Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brikgem mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Brikgem ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Brikgem is a catalog and collection tracker for LEGO® sets, minifigures and parts. Catalog data, images and prices are provided for information only. We do not sell sets or parts and are not a party to any purchase you make through links in the app.

2. Not affiliated with the LEGO Group

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this Service. Catalog data is sourced from third-party community databases and used under their respective terms.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Account screen.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy or redistribute catalog data, images or prices from the Service in bulk;
• interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service for anything unlawful or to infringe the rights of others;
• post content in notes or list names that is abusive, infringing or illegal.

5. Your content

You own the lists, notes and other content you create. You grant us a licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Optional paid features may be offered as in-app purchases or subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by the store under its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your store account settings.

7. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

The Service links to third-party retailers and marketplaces. Some links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content or your transactions with them.

8. Prices and data accuracy

Retail and market prices, availability, release dates and other catalog data come from third parties and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on them for financial decisions.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €50 if you paid nothing.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are not affected.
